What can I do to make sure that my order is safe?

  • Use a sturdy box to package your order.
  • Include packing material to limit the amount of empty space inside the box.
  • Use packing tape to completely seal your shipping box.
  • Remove old shipping labels and barcodes from the box.
  • Bring your order to the shipper of your choice so it can be sent to Capture. For more information, please see the Shipping Instructions provided once your order has been placed.
